If you have received a damaged product or plant, please follow these steps:
- Immediate Action: Contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp/email, including a clear photograph of the damaged item.
- Expert Review: Our expert team will review your complaint to assess the situation and determine the appropriate response.
- Understand Potential Damage: Please note that some leaves or flowers may experience damage due to packing stress and challenging logistics. This is not common but can occur.
- Care Instructions: With proper care and handling, the plant should recover within 3 days. We will provide guidance on how to care for your plant through our correspondence.
- Replacement/Refund will be provided depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Order placed are immediately processed for shipping and cancellations cannot be made.
